Private & online yoga
Personalised yoga for individuals
One-to-one and small-group yoga sessions tailored to your experience, physical needs and personal wellbeing goals. Available in London and online worldwide.
Why private yoga?
Group classes offer community and structure, but they cannot adapt to your individual body, history or goals. Private yoga gives you the space to develop a practice that is genuinely yours — at your own pace, with guidance that responds to you specifically.
Whether you are new to yoga, returning after a break, adapting practice around individual physical considerations (following appropriate healthcare advice where necessary), or looking to deepen an existing practice, private sessions allow the teaching to meet you where you are.
Bhavin's approach integrates movement, breathwork and relaxation — drawing on 26 years of teaching experience and postgraduate training in neuroscience and mental health.

What to expect
Sessions begin with a conversation about how you are feeling, any physical considerations and what you would like to focus on. This shapes the session — nothing is fixed in advance.
Practice typically integrates asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. The balance between these elements varies depending on your needs on the day.
Bhavin's teaching is trauma-informed and neurodivergence-sensitive. Sessions are designed to be accessible regardless of your experience level, physical ability or background.
Suitable for
Yoga sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you have a health condition or mental health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Yoga may be used alongside — not in place of — appropriate professional care.
