1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the yoga and wellbeing services provided by Bhavin Thakker, trading as Yoga for Mental Wellbeing, based in London, United Kingdom.
By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
Bhavin Thakker offers yoga, breathwork and mindfulness sessions for individuals and organisations, delivered in person in London and online. Services include private yoga, small-group sessions, corporate wellbeing programmes and workshops.
All services are subject to availability. Bhavin reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from Bhavin Thakker. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
For individual sessions, payment is typically required in advance or at the time of the session. For corporate programmes, invoicing arrangements will be agreed separately.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give as much notice as possible.
More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or rescheduling at no charge. 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee may be charged. Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: the full session fee may be charged.
Bhavin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or circumstances beyond his control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.
5. Health and safety
Yoga and breathwork sessions involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to participate. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending sessions and inform Bhavin before your first session.
Yoga sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy or professional mental health care. Bhavin Thakker is a yoga teacher and wellbeing practitioner, not a medical doctor, psychologist or clinical mental health professional.
By participating in sessions, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health information and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during practice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, programme descriptions and materials — is the property of Bhavin Thakker unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhavin Thakker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in sessions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
