Please read these Terms and Policies carefully before you start to use our Website or our Apps and before purchasing or booking any services and products through our Website or our Apps. By using our Website or our Apps, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Policies and that you agree to comply with them regardless of whether you choose to register with us. If you do not agree to these Terms and Policies, you must not use our Website or our Apps in any way.

“You” and “your” means you as the user of our Services.

• All of our classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and have expiration dates.
• Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
• For online group classes clients must login prior to the class start time and no later than 5 minutes after the class has started.
• Once a purchase has been made a refund cannot be offered if the purchase has been made within the 24-hour cancellation policy. Before this time we can offer a full refund via the payment method used, or credit can be added to the client’s account.

• Class bookings and private sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before class. Late cancellations where the class has been cancelled with less than 48-hours notice of the class are fully charged and not refundable.
• We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but when you cancel frequently and randomly even with 48 hours notice – we cannot guarantee to reserve your preferred time slot.

• The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, videos, and other material, contained on this website is for educational purposes only. Whether genetic or environmental, it should be noted that food intake, rates of metabolism and levels of exercise and physical exertion vary from person to person. This means weight loss results will also vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical. This applies to all the client testimonials and the results experienced by them.

If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
